I don’t go gourmet often, but, when I get a chance, I like to try new recipes using portobello mushrooms. Today’s treat was spicy grilled portobello mushroom burgers with stone ground dijon mustard, sautéed mushroom stems, onions and wilted spinach on top of king’s hawaiian bread buns. A pretty filling meal especially with garden salsa flavored Sun Chips.
…but I need to get better at grilling portobellos. I tend to edge up against burning them.
